Important Booking Information: If you are a first-time aesthetic client at KMA, an initial consultation is required prior to treatment (facials do not require a separate consultation). Your consultation includes a discussion of your aesthetic goals, a comprehensive skin assessment, skincare recommendations, and a personalized treatment plan.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee which will be charged to the credit card on file.

Clients arriving 20 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time may be considered a missed appointment and will also be subject to the $100 fee.

Following booking, your intake forms will be emailed to you. Please complete these prior to your appointment so our team can provide you with the best possible care and a seamless experience.

Flexible Payment Options Available: Your aesthetic goals don’t have to happen all at once. With financing available through Medicard, eligible treatments can be divided into manageable payments, making it easier to invest in the treatments you want on a budget that works for you.
